today repair man: James help you to replace the digitizer of ipad mini.

How to replace the digitizer of iPad mini？

Case: an iPad mini facedown fall from 3 meters high :O

And James, who teach himself repair phones and tablets, wanted to save it. By the way, it’s the first time for him to replace digitizer of tablets, wish everything is smooth. This is James, he is too shy and unwilling to show up, I think that's why he still single

Step 1:

Heating the sidewall of the iPad mini. Tips: The heat gun temperature should be around 200 degree.

Step 2:

Remove the damaged digitizer with opening tools. Tips: When you remove the digitizer, do not pry down, or you will ruin the LCD. There is less glue in the left side and right side. In this case, James decided to start at the right side, because left side was too damaged!

Step 3:

Remove the adhesive of LCD.

Step 4:

Spin out the screws of metal plate. Remember the correct places of the screws!

Step 5:

Unlock the battery connector, LCD connector, heat the digitizer connector then unlock it.

Step 6:

Install a new digitizer to the iPad mini. Lock the battery connector, LCD connector and digitizer connector.

Step 7:

Test the digitizer functions before installation.

Step 8:

Remove the transparent plastic film after testing.

Step 9:

Check if there is any dust.

Step 10:

Clean.

But sometimes although you do all the steps right, the digitizer doesn’t work after the installation, yeah, that’s life lol J

But the good news is you can paste the antistatic sticker to solve this problem.

How to Fix iPHONE 4S when into water??

Case: some water get into an iphone 4S, and then it can't sound and the volume buttons have no function!

Here is the story:

Irene, pretty and single. Some water get into her iPhone 4s when she's having fun in the swimming pool. And then her 4s can’t sound and the volume buttons have no function!

James, Irene’s colleague, learn phone repair skills by himself, and he is single too.

In order to impress Irene, James initiatively help Irene fix her 4s, let’s see how he do!

At first, as James doesn’t know what the exactly problem is, and the water is very easily get into the charging port and earphone jack. So he used the exclusive method.

Step 1:

Remove the charging flex, turn on the phone. Found that the volume buttons can work. It means that the charging flex was broken.

Step 2:

Remove the loud speaker, two screws of charging flex, menu flex;

Step 3:

Install a good charging flex back;

Step 4:

Test. Turn on the phone again and Test. Install the screws of volume flex. Don’t forget to put the antenna enhancement piece back!

So James successfully fixed Irene beloved iPhone 4s, but he doesn't know that the 4S is a gift of Irene’s ex-boyfriend. Do you think James will get the chance?

How to fix iPhone4 IMEI

1. Preparations

Fix IMEI need to tear down the phone and change the 8824 and 0049xxxxx4000 writable baseband database.

Step 1.

Disconnect previous software and serial ports, keep the phone connect the computer under the purple screen and project line state.

Step 2.

Open IMEI fix software, select AT Terminal.

Step 3.

Wait the words in below image show up.

Step 4.

Input bpc (or BPC) until “UART to bb test” shows up.

Step 5.

Click Security.

Step 6.

Click Advanced.

Step 7.

Click the second item.

Step 8.

Operate like below image, then you can input IMEI

How to replace ear speaker for Sony Z 3?

SUNRISE will help you step by step:

1. pry battery connector, LCD flex connector, audio flex connector and rear camera.

2. disassemble 2 screws.

3. disassemble antenna enhancement piece, left and right one.

4. disassemble wifi enhancement piece

5. open sim card cover, take out sim card

6. pry motherboard

7. pry one tip of antenna

8. pry main flex connector

9. take out rear camera

10. take out motherboard

11. take out ear speaker

12. place a new ear speaker

13. place motherboard, lock the charger port first

14. lock motherboard

15. place rear camera and lock, clean camera lens with soft cloth piece

16. lock the left antenna enhancement piece

17. lock the audio flex

18. lock the plastic piece over the audio flex

19. lock the right antenna enhancement piece

20. 2pcs, install 2 screws

21. lock wifi enhancement piece

22. lock LCD flex connector

23. lock side key flex connector

24. lock antenna tip

25. lock battery connector

26. turn on phone, check if the front camera is in right position (black point of camera is in the center)

27. Dial out. test ear speaker, function and sound good. Done! Hang off.

28. pill off the film from adhesive of back cover

29. clean camera hole

30. align back cover edges

31. press back cover edges to make sure totally pasted

32. Check if the camera lens is clean, to take a photo that has no dust.

How to fix iphone5S display blue screen

Why iphone 5S display blue screen after reinstall motherboard?

Maybe the screws on motherboard were installed with longer one, so that broke the screw.

How to repair?

You will need microscope, Special enameled wires, heat gun, blade, thinner, tweezers, etc. Special enameled wires are taken from ear speaker or loud speakers.

Step 1: remove all broken lines remainder from the position, with microscope, blade.

Step 2: add enameled wires to the position where set screw, with microscope, heat gun, tweezers; the straight lines are “blew” one by one, even much smaller than hair, just can see clearly by microscope.
