How to refurbish LCD assembly?

Firstly, take the broken glass from screen.

Secondly, remove the glue on lcd. (Use ethyl alcohol, banana oil or scraper knife to take it off.)

Thirdly, install new glass on LCD.

There are 2 options for your reference.

Option 1: OCA Glue（one piece for one model)

Option 2: UV Glue (liquid)

Which option do you prefer?

A.    If use OCA GLUE, please follow up 2 steps

Step (1) paste the OCA glue on LCD screen;

Step (2) install glass on LCD screen.

Machines required: Film Laminating machine, vacuum pump, Pressure screen machine & Removing bubble machine, vacuum pump and removing bubble machine are one unit.

These machines are huge and expensive, but do a perfect job and could make a nice screen without any air bubble!

B.    If use UV GLUE to install.

UV light needed.

Drop some UV glue on the center of the lcd, then put the glass on LCD, put the LCD assembly into UV light (as below image), so that the UV glue make efforts.
